  • Brush (hair) electrode. It is intended for definition of infringements uniformity thin and fragile insulating covers as a part of holiday flaw detector. At the expense of use of a soft thin bristle provides high efficiency of the testing of flat and cylindrical products without fear of damage of their covering.

  • It is intended for definition of infringements uniformity insulating covers as a part of holiday flaw detector. At the expense of use of silicone rubber providing high efficiency of the testing of flat and cylindrical products without risk of damage of their covering. Width of 14 cm (28 cm). Manufacturing of an electrode with other sizes in coordination with the customer is possible. The electrode is joined to the high-voltage block (if necessary by means of the extension piece) and the operator manually a rubber part supervises a covering surface.

T-shaped electrode T-shaped electrode
  • Simple design, some standard sizes providing high efficiency of the testing of coverings with high mechanical durability on products with the flat and cylindrical form. The electrode is joined to the extension piece of the high-voltage block and the operator manually supervises a covering surface, providing backlash constancy between a surface an electrode and a covering.

The external spring (ring) electrodeThe external spring (ring) electrode
  • Is intended for the continuous testing (definition of places of infringements uniformity) insulating covers of pipes in diameter from 133 to 1500 mm as a part of holiday flaw detector Korona or similar to destination. 
    - the electrode design allows to supervise 100 % of a surface of a pipe for one pass;
    - a modular design of an electrode; 
    - two-division the system of moving for pipes of the big diameter allows to facilitate work. .

The crescent electrode The crescent electrode 

  • Is intended for definition of places of infringements uniformity coverings of pipes in diameter from 25 to 1020 mm as a part of holiday flaw detector Korona or similar to destination.
    - the simple design, allowing to cover to 50 % of a forming surface of a pipe at moving of an electrode during the testing;
    - the surface testing, depending on length (a capture corner) electrode, is made for two - four passes, providing high efficiency.
    Technical characteristics 
    1) for an electrode crescent the form on half of forming circle of a pipe: diameter of testinglable pipes, mm, from 25 to 530
    2) for an electrode crescent the form on a quarter of a forming circle of a pipe: diameter of testinglable pipes, mm, to 1020 

Intratrumpet disk electrodeIntratrumpet disk electrode
  • Is intended for definition of places of infringements uniformity insulating covers in pipes as a part of holiday flaw detector.
    - an optimum design, some standard sizes providing ease of moving of an electrode and high efficiency of the testing; 
    - a contact surface from special electrospending rubber in the form of petals and presence of basic wheels exclude covering damage at the testing.
    Technical characteristics 
    1) the electrode is issued for diameters of pipes from 209 to 1020 mm; 
    2) the design depends on diameter of a pipe; 
    3) length of a testinglable zone to 2 m.
