Universal low-frequency (from 20 kHz to 2,5MHz) flaw detector is intended for detection defects (discontinuity and uniformity of materials) in half-finished products and finished articles, for measurement depth and their coordinates position, measurements a thickness, measurement velocity propagation and attenuation of ultrasonic oscillations in composite materials, plastic, concrete and in materials with the big attenuation. A pulse of excitation in the form a radio-frequency pulse with amplitude 200V both regulated frequency and quantity of the periods, and also the high-sensitivity amplifier and possibility to connect the preliminary amplifier, allow to realize the testing with application noncontacts (working through air) transducers. Completely a digital path with processing a radio signal and interface RS232 for personal computer connection, allow to realize various techniques of the testing of products - with processing not only amplitudes of a signal, but also a frequency spectrum or phase components of a signal.
The certificate of Gosstandart of Russia RU.C.27.003.A №17285/1 is registered in the National register of measuring apparatuses under №17990-04 and admitted to application in the Russian Federation.
